The Concept of Sometimes

The purpose of writing this blog to understand the psychology of our mind, how it makes us feel sometimes. Since the day I drafted this, I keep this topic aside because I feel it is huge and it should be easy for the readers to understand what we overcome sometimes.



Here I write the instance of "sometimes"

  1. Sometimes you have to let go because things don't happen as we wish but we know we deserve better.                                                                                                                                               
  2. Sometimes happiness is choice because not everytime you wish to sit sad, moreover we regain our thoughts and bring happiness.                                                                                                
  3. Sometimes we have so many plans very little money, yes indeed we cannot achieve everything in one day.                                                                                                                                    
  4. Sometimes spending quality time with good friends is the only therapy you need. Because they understand you better than you understand yourself.                                                                
  5. Sometimes the loved ones or pet we wish life time, will left us so soon andthe happy memories of them hurts the most.                                                                                                            
  6. Sometimes the saddest people have the most beautiful smile.                                                       
  7. Sometimes the hardest battle is against yourself.                                                                            
  8. Sometimes the best moments are the ones we don't upload.                                                          
  9. Sometimes we are strong but we are tired being strong.                                                                
  10. Sometimes it's  not the people who change, it's the mask that falls off.                                          
  11. Sometimes a mistake that makes you humble is better than an achievement that makes you arrogant.                                                                                                                                              
  12. Sometimes just breathe, you don't need a plan always, trust and let go what happens.                  
  13. Sometimes change is what we need.                                                                                                 
  14. Sometimes people feel that you are wise when you sit quiet, but the reason would be the absence of mind or presence in different thoughts.                                                                        
  15. Sometimes you feel to run away from everything and everyone.                                                  
  16. Sometimes you have to eat your words, chew your ego and swallow your pride and accept that you are wrong. It is not giving up, it is called "Growing up"                                                 
  17. Sometimes crying is the best option.                                                                                                   
  18. Sometimes you need to hear, how much you mean to someone.                                                     
  19. Sometimes when you say enough is enough, the universe listens.                                                    
  20. Sometimes music is the only medicine that soul needs.                                                                  
  21. Sometimes the wrong decision brings us to the right place.                                                           
  22. Sometimes you need to take a break, spend time alone to experience, appreciate and love yourself.                                                                                                                                                   
  23. Sometimes things that hurt you the most, teaches the greatest lesson in life.                              
  24. Sometimes the worst place you can be is in your own head.                                                          
  25. Sometimes you win, sometimes you learn.

Why CRITICISM is powerful?

 When analyzed from this perspective, you would know that insult and criticism stays longer time compared to praise and compliments.

Insults strike directly at a person's feelings, self-esteem, pride, identity and ego. So, no matter why an insult happens or how it happens or when it happens, the truth of the matter is it will leave a scar.


Criticism when done thoughtfully, it is a valid tool that helps people to improve as a person.

- it is very common issue that we would have faced in the stage of beginner, yes when you learn or sit in your first desk to work or it could be anything that you want to do giving your whole and soul at times you tend to make mistakes, error and the result is sometimes worse, not up to the mark and people tend to criticize using hurtful words with their venom tongue.

And with today interconnected online world, the opportunity to receive criticism are greater than ever with unpleasant consequences.

 But I often prefer, we should consider this pain (insult) as fuel and keep running. Because if this pain is in heart, it pinches and feeds your ego eventually makes you emotionally weaker and you can’t proceed further, so keep the pain in mind which is to think before act, use it as fuel it gives energy to work hard than you are now.

 It is never easy but the matter of time that gives us sense to understand, yes it has happened with me and I should think twice before I work. Have that sense of acknowledgement.



Embarrassment is the result of insult, so one thing we should learn from these generation kids, "just chill man" they aren't stressed like us, and they are more of positivity and good vibes like they handle negativity very well. They encourage with positive words to their friends. It's never too late to grab any new quality, so when you feel embarrassed over some experience, just feel it’s okay and be confident. 

It's okay we all are humans we tend to make mistakes.

Learn to pamper yourself, you are important and precious.

Stay strong mind

Remember your attitude matters when you deal with your problems, so never advertise your feelings and emotions in public.
